I live in the beautiful city of Miami. Have been here for the last 10 years since I came from Cuba (Ysa we are looking at buying a home)

What do you do for a living?

I work as a full time sales associate at Bed Bath and Beyond. Have been there for 2 and a half years. Have always worked retail since I got my first job 6 years ago.

What are some of your hobbies (besides orchids)?

Besides orchids I love gardening in general. I too have a butterfly garden which I love seeing butterflies fluttering about. This year I've seen Monarchs, Gulf Fritillaries, Cassius Blues, Julias, Long tailed skippers, some other skippers, Cloudless sulphur and some others that I haven't IDed. Besides that I love to take pictures but need to invest in a better camera. I also love tropical fish both fresh and salt water (Don't have either at the moment but have 4 fishtanks waiting to be set up at a moment's notice especially when I aquascape.

Do you have any pets?
I do have a very spoiled little Quaker parrot. He thinks that the world revolves around him.

Where do you live/Where are you from?

I am Irish and born and raised in Tampa, Fl. I'm the 8th generation to be born in Tampa. My Grandmother, Mother and I all went to the same high school in Tampa.
My Great Grandmother, Grandmother and Aunt all grew orchids. My Great Grandfather owned a cigar box factory and imported wood from South America. He brought orchids in for his girls. There are still a few of those left in my possession.


What do you do for a living?

I am an account manager selling industrial supplies. I can truly say I love my job and the people I deal with. I feel very fortunate to be in a position to love what I do.

What are some of your hobbies (besides orchids)?

I grow other plants. Some under lights. I have a pretty large collection of begonias, generiads and platyceriums. I collect California pottery.
There is a Harley in my garage. I love blues music. I read and love to watch documentaries. I did hunter/jumper eventing for many years.

Do you have any pets?

I keep fish and mainly to fill up the empty spaces between the aquatic plants I grow. I have two dogs and a cat. I raised Arabian horses for the past 20 years and just sold my last horse.

Family

I have a daughter and son whom are reason my heart beats They each have two children. I love being a Grammy. Both my daughter's girls dance in competition so I spend many a weekend watching them perform. My son has a daughter and son. They stay with me on weekends when I can steal them away

I struggled with plants in low light. Bought better lights, still struggled until I added CO2. I then was able to grow the "difficult" red plants like Hygrophila pinnatifida. I imported most of the rare stuff from Thailand from vendors on Ebay.

It was the one where Chad brought Sonny to Yoshi's, (Chad's favorite sushi chef), sushi restaurant.

I played Yoshi.

I was also in the scene in the end when they roll the end credits.

It was real fun playing that character.

Entertaining show that "Sonny with a Chance".

I think it's going to be airing a 3rd season but this time it's going to be called "So Random!".
