So, my vote. . .is repot it once the blooms have all fallen and you begin to see new growth emerging. That tells me that it's got the energy burst to make the transition to the new pot with its full strenth.

Just a Twinkle Repotting Update!
I did transplant the little noid (Safeway) Twinkle shortly after I wrote the above. . .so it's been around three months later.
It's grown into a monster, alright! It sure seems to love the transparent pot and I give it lots of water and morning sun.
I took this photo today. I think the flowers are prettier, fuller and more intensely hued this second blooming! The blooms are delicate, pale salmon pink with a very light overlay of pale yellow.
Smells terrific too!
Does anyone know which one I have?
