How about watering? and how does the plant look? pictures can help a lot.
Did all four growths put up a new growth after flowering?

Oncidium hybrids generally do not have blooming season, but would just bloom whenever the growth matures.
If you do not water the plant enough at the wrong time of the new growth, then that alone is enough for no spikes.
Another one being lack of sufficient light.
Oncidiums need a lot of light and while eastern exposure may be bright enough for some, it may not be enough for others.
