Cambria hybrid
I can identify a cambria hybrid after bulbs and leaves? She dont have flowers, but i suspect i dont have in pot what is write on tag.

"Cambria" is an Oncidium alliance intergeneric hybrid - It is possible to identify a plant as Oncidium alliance, but not beyond that, really.

No, you can not figure out what it is without flowers. Sometimes, you can not figure out what it is, even if you do have flowers. There are a lot of different hybrids that look alike.
