I just bought this "Ruffles Scent of a Woman" today and of course it has spots on the leaves. Didn't think much of it because I know this happens with oncid alliance plants. It is in full bloom and has several other spikes ready to go.
I don't think scale is involved despite some raised edges. I did spray with physan. Harmless virus? Sun? Fungal?
Will hope for the best, though my gut tells me it shouldn't impact the overall health of the plant significantly or rapidly (it has great roots, plump bulbs, and lots of flowers on the horizon). I hope/think it might have to do with the amount of light exposure to get it to bloom for commercial purposes, but sure could be fungal as well...
In the meantime, here's a flower for your viewing pleasure
Sorry I can't contribute anything about the leaves. I've got so many spots, blotches, wrinkles, pleats, etc on my Oncidium types that I've given up worrying about it.
Far from an expert, but I have the most experience with Oncs. Looks totally harmless to me and doesn't seem to be affecting the leaves (sometimes when it's a problematic fungus you'll notice slight dimpling around those spots); also looks like in the first pic you have a little sunburn spot amidst the normal spots.
