Oncidium spike popped out?

Hello!

I have an oncidium that has 4 new growths, and the largest seems to be in the process of producing a flower spike, but it kind of popped out of the sheath it was in. So part of it is bent outside of the plant, then it goes back in. I have pictures to better explain myself. I have never dropped the orchid or been rough with it.

Has anyone ever seen this happen before? Know what caused it or if there's anything I can do? It is a healthy colour, but the spike is bent at a pretty tight angle.

I have one happen the same thing. Take a toothpick and spring the top end out of the leaf. Oftentimes the leaf they come out from is too tight and they get stuck in there. They just need a little help
