I have several psychosis (including a couple of albas), and I've always believed the secret (if there is one) is: don't repot until it's totally, absolutely necessary. Mine have been in their pots (also from Carter Holmes) for several years, are blooming their heads off, and they haven't been touched. A fellow board member on the Oregon Orchid Society also has one that's been in bloom for seven years, never repotted. I know this runs contrary to what we do for virtually all other orchids, but so far, so good. When I do eventually repot, I will just "pot them on," that is, add more tree fern around the existing stuff and go up just one size in a clay pot. BTW, I grow almost everything else in coconut bark chips in clear plastic pots. Go figure....?
