Miltonidium Wham Blam! 'Freckle Face'
So I'm just walking through a local nursery when all of a sudden I see an orchid over 5' tall from pot to end of spike. I'm not one to buy on a whim without doing a little research, but this one had to come home. 2.5-3" blooms on a spike at least 4' tall and branching. It's 2" shorter than my wife..

Wow! I'm glad it got back home safely (if using a car, how on Earth did you fit it in without hurting the spike?? and, if walking, did you get many looks from passers-by??)

Ha. If I had walked people would've commented on how Pretty my tree was. Actually I laid it across the back seat keeping the pot raised just enough to prevent it from spilling out. Yeah and the roots were another reason to purchase. Lots of new growing roots but the plant is climbing out already, so on a repot I might get 1 pb above the media.
