Question regarding potting of Psychopsis Mendenhall Female

Good to know about the breaks!! Mine flowered its first time on one spike the second spike budded and after that first flower dropped, that was it. Neither spike has flowered further but neither have turned brown. I thought I did something wrong.

Indeed, that is great to know so I don't think I really screwed something up once it starts blooming, lol...

Thank you everyone for the great information. Now I just have to be patient and wait for my baby to start blooming. Good thing I have a lot of other orchids that will bloom in the meantime, huh...
