If you're growing on a mount, any roots, I think, would be considered aerial roots. In their natural habitat, most, if not all oncidium grow on trees or branches.
I'd never heard of Rdcm., which turns out to be Rodricidium. Rodricidium is oncidium x rodriguezia. You may want to do a little research on rodriquezia to see if it has psuedobulbs.
