Got thirsty today
I got a bit thirsty today, so I ran out to grab a bottle of spring water.

Hipsters call that raw water.
There's actually a company that sells untreated, unfiltered spring water here for stupid prices.

If you read the back of a bottle of Deer Park spring water it lists various sources that the company uses. Two of them are Pine Grove PA and Hegins PA. They're about 15 miles apart as the crow flies, and he flies right over my house on the way in between. Locals have been drinking it as long as anyone can remember. Very nice to drink!

Looks like a nice refreshing drink to accompany your grilled, broiled, fried or whatever groundhog! Cheers

I got thirsty today, too. A nice bottle of wine took care of that, though...

Our Adam's Ale comes from a huge spring that flows through 1000's of feet of sand which makes it as clean and fresh as.
It is as sweet as and my plants love it. So do we for that matter.

We drank from springs when camping in the Appalachian mountains (PA) (state forest) when I was a kid. The springs were all located above the camps so I think the water would have been okay. Sometimes you just need to live a little and enjoy the bounty of nature.

There are allot of artisan wells in my area and on the Mountain. I have no problem drinking out of them.

I have two gravity fed spring well houses up on a bank in the woods behind my house. There is an over flow pipe that runs along the fence back there, and when I had some trees dropped this past summer this pipe was punctured by branches from these trees. Now there are two small springs flowing down into my yard, and the birds are loving it. They play and splash in it. I will have to have the pipe repaired come spring, but for now it's a nice thing to watch.
