Well done, these are beautiful! I have nine amaryllis that I keep going from year to year; the oldest is a Red Lion which was a Christmas present from my Dad in 2008, so it's going into its 8th bloom cycle for me now.
I summer them outside in their spacious pots and they get new dirt yearly, but I'll have to try planting them in the ground next summer so the roots can ramble.
I dug them up and brought them all into the basement last week. I kept a few of the larger ones to retrieve later and have colour in Jan. So same process - removed/cut the green leaves, sprayed lightly with Lysol and wrapped in newspaper. A few had a reddish, rust-like powder on them. Hope its not a fungus that is resistant to Lysol.
