No, it's not "Subwassertang"! There's no "b" in it, just a character which is an abbreviation for a double "s". And since my keyboard has no "umlaut" capability, "Suesswassertang" is it! It translates to "freshwater seaweed', admittedly a contradiction of terms! Anyway here it is:
