"The dragon fruit", which I found interesting. The leaves on an epiphyllum are mostly flat whereas it looks like the leaves on a Hylocereus are mostly triangular.

It's definately not a dragon fruit plant as i have two growing and fruiting. The dragon fruit doesn't have any leaves.
I have seen those heart shaped cacti here for sale in thailand..... great gifts for valentines etc. Sorry, i don't know it's name.
