Hiya Solana,

I just ordered one from Oak Hill Gardens. . .amongst a few other things.

I requested a mounted version with lavander blooms.

Hmm, well obviously Oak Hill has them, since I just got the fragrans there today, but how do you find them on the website? I don't see them listed under the mounted plants.

Look under "S-Z". . .I know you're exhausted from shopping, so here's a link.

Its great to see people getting these plants!! No collection could be too crowed for these tiny things! I just mounted mine on a small (2" x 3") cork mount. Hopefully, I can get around to taking some photos today and will update here later.

LOL! DUH! I will try that! And yep, I was exhausted, moreso from the repotting though! I crashed on the couch and just woke up at 5 am.

And I'd love to get my hands on more of these. After repotting the new catts and phals tonight I realized that I really am at my max with those. I only want more if they are teeny tiny like this fragrans. There is from Andy's, Dendrobium toressae that I've got my eye on now.

Solana, The mini Dens are great! They changed my mind about Dens forever. You won't be disappointed.

Isn't the orchid addiction great?!

Shakkai,

This orchid addiction is out of control! LOL! I'd like to get maybe 1 or 2 more of these minis and then wait a while, to make sure I can properly care for them. I misted my fragrans at 6 this morning and by 11, it was already super dry. I was told at Oak Hill to water whenever the moss gets really dry, which is every 3 to 4 days in there greenhouse. Ha! Seems more like every 3 to 4 hours in my house. I'm wondering if there is a way to hang this little stick mount from the outside of my iguanas cage. Definitely not inside, as this would make quite an expensive snack for him. His cage is a dog crate that we converted by covering with plastic pet screen. I keep it covered on all but one side to maintain heat and humidity. Just wondering if the chids would get enough light from his UVB light. Hmmmm.

Solana, It does sound like you do need to increase the humidity for that one!

There are plenty of people here who combined reptiles and orchids - I'm sure you can get some advice.

Gorgeous! I'm wondering if I would have all my regular size orchids if I would have found out about these minis first! LOL!
