I think mounting it on a small piece of epiweb or mounting on a ceramic vase (like mine) will be the best.
If you use epiweb,it must be kept constantly moist.

This is realy risky...I don`t know what to advise you....My lepanthes was grown on a ceramic tube and I just remounted it on my ceramic vase i.e. didn`t change the basic growing conditions ...

I don`t know wneh you should expect new growth-mine is flowering at the moment so it is using all its energy for forming of flowers......
By the way I added some extra light - luminescent tubes from Silvania -the special series for plants .The lepanthes realy loved it.

Wow, that little plant is amazing! I really like both growing techniques, the little bowl and the vase. How hard was it to get, how much was it, and is there a source in the US? Or is there a similar species that is easier to find? REALLY nice plants!

Good news guys. The little baby has started growing. It is making 2 new leaves. I'll post a shot once they fully open. I am soo happy that it made it. No loss of existing leaves too. Looks like it likes the conditions. BTW...I guess its due to the fact that "unknowningly" my chamber is atleast 80% humidity at most times with almost saturation at night. I need to lay off the humidity a bit.

lol! thanks! it seems to be a moderately fast plant compared to my highland neps it grows with. I can't wait for the leaf to full open.

Here is an update guys. I have my fingers crossed and hope that the greening..algae growing on the LFS doesn't hurt the plant. Does it?? I sooo love this plant now. lol! It has grown 2 new leaves if u compare to the older pic when I go it. They are those ones going at an angle to an otherwise "straight leaves top and bottom"

SHould I do anything about the moss?

Also.... conditions are 75% mim humidity. 55F - 80F. it did touch 90F once apparently.
