then you need to get a small fish tank and some fat tail geckos! they are just awesome. super cute and very nice and social when they are raised well.
I also like leopard geckos as pets too, they just had more desert needs and thus were harder to keep in the humidity here

a big desert rose (adenium)
i love them, they are such cool plants, they are neat when totally leafless, pretty with foliage and amazing in bloom
also, every single part is toxic and you can make a poison arrow just by dipping it in the sap....the more you know!!!

I think was OrchidBro who observed that this looks a lot like red wine on a white tablecloth...accordingly i cannot see this plant without Red Red Wine playing in my head LOL...there are worse things. I love plants with variation from flower to flower

I firmly believe that weak blooms on and Onc. family plant is just the plant being lazy and i fully expect all spikes to look like this OR BETTER!!!!!hahaha

This is why orchids are jerks....this is a bulb semperflorens but it never florenses for me and it is a nice healthy clump that i placed on a HUGE cedar plaque because i was told it was voracious grower and i wanted to let it grow into a nice specimen....well, it grows very well but mostly up and not out and now....DOWN.....shaking my head

I'm amazed by the huge variety of orchids and other plants! Do you have any idea how many plants you have?
Keep those photos coming, they are nice to see and and a very welcome change from all the covid19 stuff flooding the internet.

the secret to acquiring a large and varied collection is...very low standards LOL i get so many plants in poor shape from the trash piles on bulk day and the clearance section of the big garden stores.
I have no idea how many i have because then i would be in trouble with the wife
for the record i have "room for a few more" at all times lol
If i had to guess, i'd say 150-200 orchids, 20-30 fruit type plants, and probably 40-60 various flowering plants in the landscaping that are either intentionally planted or potted. Not counting any pure landscaping shrubs or the break of ficus trees...maybe a dozen cactuses and succulents...so 210-310 range....or "room for a few more"
