No, you don't need a headset. It's just typing real time in the chat room on this forum. Usually a flashy notice will appear at the top of the forum whenever people are in the chat room. Anticipate that a lot of people might be talking at once... sometimes it's hard to keep up with the scrolling

No headset needed. All you need to do is click on the word "Chat" in the left column of an OB page to enter the room. Then just join in on the conversation using the white box at the bottom. If you need help, we'll all be there for you
