It's really nice to hear that
I miss being here...I started showing signs of withdrawal very quickly and had to download this stupid AOL just to get on here!

Jasen...great suggestions! The porpax is one that kavanaru (Ramon) asked me to post for him too Check out his list in the post susie set up (plants mentioned in last night's...) ...it's not my favorite but just interesting enough to catch my attention
The other two you chose are fantastic!
Dave, great list also!
I'm really struggling with this AOL baloney and haven't really looked into all of them but I am familiar with some and I like them. I must tell you guys that cuthbertsonii is one that I've wanted forever but there's no way those of us here in Florida can grow that unless you have a cool tank set up. It needs much cooler temps than we can provide on a normal basis

Sophronitis cernua is stunning and I would love to have one BUT, it's a warm to hot grower so misses our intermediate mark.

Once I'm up and running the usual way, I'll be checking each suggestion in Orchidwiz and getting all the info into a separate thread. Our projects are usually much more organized by now but I promise to get my job done ASAP...another day or two

In the above lists, I've added details in red to point out these particular 'chids are not Intermediate growers.
We'll leave them on this list because they're great plants and may be of interest to those that can grow them but I won't be putting them into the plant listing thread.

Sue, I've just posted a complete list based on the one Susie posted and Adam helped with.... I've listed every suggestion to begin with. I'll add in your notes about warm/hot growers, etc. as well. (I've not been tracking this thread for suggestions, unfortunately.) Hopefully, we can weed out the list over the next couple of days while you're busy. First pass is solely by availability. If its not listed as available anywhere, it'll come off the list.
I hope this saves you some work, and you haven't already started looking things up!!
Cheers,
Shannan

What you did was a wonderful surprise for me! I replied in the other thread
I hadn't started any really deep research yet but did find a few that are not intermediates. I'll make the notations on those.
Thanks

Glad to be able to lend a hand.
You know, if we can get the list narrowed down a bit in the next two weeks, I might be able to do some shopping at the London Orchid Show 15th-16th March!

Please take pictures over there! I really want to go, but I just went to London a few weeks ago so a second trip is out of the question.
