I totally agree that the orchids we chose for our final list should be available to all!
(I hope the vendor we chose has cochleanthes )

D, I hope they have the cohchleanthes too! There are way to many travel companion plants!

Jeesh this is going to be a hard list to choose from! I just reviewed the approved list again and I like so many of them!

It's easy as we go along to add our names to this one and that one...but when the final poll comes up, there's only one vote per person.

The final results should be interesting.

Frederico...are there any small Cochleanthes available to you? Maybe we can work backwards on this one...you tell us what you can get and we'll see if it's available elsewhere

Cochleanthes candida is available to Brazil and I have only found it in Europe ..
I don't think it's in Canada and I haven't seen it on any USA sites .. but I haven't checked them all.

D, if you are able to find one that fits our parameters AND is available to all of us...I will be very impressed!

Hi Sue!

As Dorothy said, Cochleanthes candida is available at Orquidário Imirim (I'd bought there, they are reliable). Ecuagenera has two Chondrorhyncha, hirtzii and viridisepala.
My friends from EcoOrquídeas must have arrived today from US (the rain didn't stop, the local airport is closed, all the flights are landing in the International, the radar of amazon region stopped yesterday and all flights comming from US and Europe are dalayed...) and in a few days I think I could ask about another Cochleanthes.
But forget about Dendros!

Default Open to suggestions

I'm voting for Phalaenopsis hieroglyphica. But open to whatever the results are, let me know.
