Another idea...take a look at the plants in any of those places...and we'll see if they are available here in the U.S. and Canada

It's an enormous work! I think we'll better wait for pool results and then we focus our energy on finding an European supplier (but this is only my opinion).

I've a question about the contest: When is likely to begin??? (I fear that I missed this info!)

Hi Gennaro

We will be starting our chats next Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. here in the U.S. (EST)

Don't worry if you can't make the chat, we'll summarize everything in a new thread I'll be starting.

We'll chat for 2 weeks and then on Thurs Aug 2, I will post the poll, listing the ten plants in our Tentative Plant list that have the most names listed next to them...

for this reason, it's important for everybody to make a couple of choices.

The poll will be open for one week, each member will only get one vote and after that week is over...we'll know what plant we'll be getting.

Have you ordered from them before? If so, what are their plants like?

Sue, If you want a good reference for determining if something is available... the site Gennaro listed above 'M&M Orchids' in Germany will give you a good idea.

Shakkai: I've never ordered from them, but a big Italian collector has written that they are very reliable. If you want I can ask him more information.
