OH! Sedirea japonica! It's fragrant and a mini!
I likie!!
How many can we submit?
Are we just now just collecting possibilities?
Will there be an official poll to reduce the amount ?
Will it go by highest votes then availability?

Here's another one that's kind of fun, Renanthera Tom Thumb.

We're getting big here folks. I thought we would be trying to keep plants smaller for those that need more space?

Sue, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I went through the tentative list you just posted. Only a handful are available in Canada. Those include:

Aerangis citrata
Dendrobium chrysotoxum
Epidendrum stamfordianum
Bletilla striata (don't a lot of members have this?)
Phalaenopsis schilleriana
Brassovola nodosa

I think you will have to stick to a species as hybrids are often restricted to just a few nurseries while species are more widespread.

My three suggestions include Aerangis biloba, Cymbidium ensifolium, Leptodes bicolor. The Cymbidium is a small type with many cultivars...it be interesting if that one were selected so we could compare all the various selections...sort of like the many Neofinitias that are out there.
