My thoughts as well. These guys are very slow producing buds and just because only one shows near the end doesn't mean there won't be more. I am watch two spikes elongate daily and there seems to be no end of the "buds" (they're just bumps right now).

At last count I had 8 buds and the spike is still growing though slowing down a bit. The back two buds are starting to emerge from the node. I'm not sure how far from flowering I am.

Mine is still a little nubbin, I think the cooler nights might be effecting it, is that possible? it just does not seem to growing at the rate I expect it to be going. My phal noid has doubled the length of his spike, in half of the time.

Hey, thanks guys. I'm a lot more optimistic, it does seem to be a little small. I remember in the pictures there is a very long spike on these guys. I guess it's just a slow grower. I know some of these take forever to develop. I will just have to be patient.

Well, I counted 10 buds total this morning when I watered. It's stopped growing and the flowers are nearly all emerged from the nodes. Anybody know how long it takes the flower to develop once it makes an appearance?
