Mine is out in the air....under the lights with the Phals. Gosh blue mold in one day? It must have been there already just waiting for the right conditions.
The Physan should do the trick.

I got mine on Thursday. Mine is not mounted and it is not in spike, but it's a very healthy looking little plant, and the phal. gigantea arrived healthy and large for what I think is a young plant. We'll see how they go!

So far, out of 19 that we've received only 3 of them have been in spike.

My order arrived friday, but I didn't have time to do much other then open the box. We left for a weekend of camping!
Plants were a little dry but otherwise in good shape. No spike though

I must ask how large the L. Santa Barbara 'Sunset' will grow to? I have always drooled over this one and would like to order it, but space is becoming an issue for me....a serious issue. There are way too many TC to choose from.

On another note.....can anyone tell me what the discount price is for our project plant?

TIA!

Becca, it's a huge plant. Mine is threatening to jump out of its pot. I'd say it's easily 20" tall. Check my pic a couple of pages back. Edited to add: Page 7, last photo shows the 3 I bought including the L. Santa Barbara Sunset 'Showtime' HCC/AOS.

Becca,
Take a look at this! One of the smaller pics shows it when it grows up
Laelia Santa Barbara Sunset 'Showtime', HCC/AOS at Santa Barbara Orchid Estate

Terri, their prices are starting at $100!!!

Becca,
The project plant is $30.00, less 15% totaling $25.50

Wow Sue, we got an awesome deal then! I'm suprised at how reasonable it was given the size of the thing! It's going to be amazing when it gets to specimen size.

Hey, did anyone else get an invoice with their order? There wasn't one with my plants. Maybe it's in package #2 with the dry goods.

I didn't get an invoice or a tag, but at least the plant made it.
