I don't see the Barkeria in Canada, which is a shame, it's really cute. I love the phal as well, but if you look, Cloud's only has large seedlings of it... Why is it so hard to find plants in Canada???

Thanks Suzanne and everybody for great suggestions. I have not been able to participate in the chats. I'm really looking forward to this project. I can only hope that the final chid is one that can grow outdoors here in South Florida. The temps we get for the summer .... 90 days and upper 70 nights. It's brutal on some types.

Oooooh, all three get my vote - especially the Dendro limpidum. That's an amazing looking plant.

Don't remember why, but I don't think any of these work for us

I will be adding the 4 suggested plants in that list along with the Paph henryanum to the http://www.orchidboard.com/community...lant-list.html but according to the information, they don't all work for us so some of them will be in the lower section (the ones we can't use)
For a general idea of temp ranges, I'm using this:
Orchid Care Tips: Temperature
Thanks for checking availability...and noticing the size, Camille

I don't think any of the three are available in both CA and EU, unfortunately. BUT, that doesn't mean I can't try to tag them onto my order for our project plant, assuming we use Andy's
