I'm not sure.
I tried everything people mentioned. And I couldn't say what worked, if anything.
I read somewhere to put it in full sun.
So I did. Mine is now in direct full blazing sunlight for around 5 hours, extremely strong dappled light the rest of the day.
It's actually getting the same amount of sun as one of my rose planters.
I read cool temps in the 50s in winter. So I just suck out outside. It handled down to 40 with no issues. Possibly even lower.
I heard a dry winter rest helps. So I let mine dry.
The average seemed to be around two weeks at a time with no water. Once every two weeks or so I dunked it.
I tried to let the pseudobulbs wrinkle a fair bit before watering again.
Once growth picked again I started watering alot. I now water at least once a day, if not twice.
Fertiliser is urea free 20 - 20 - 20 basic orchid fertiliser. Given sporadically at best.
It's.... mounted?
I'm not sure. I bought it like this. It's like a basket made out of moss filled with extremely chunky bark mix. Mounted on a board.
Good luck!

High light is definitely where this one is at.
I was. The buds are pretty non descript. And hard to spot.
It did creep up on me. I read a lot of people's threads, and it seemed like they sort of looked down one day and saw a flower.
Which is what happened to me.
Lol... three days before that there was nothing.

At the height of the day mine smells like toasted coconut.
Which I really like. Towards the evening out reminds me of Disneyland during the summer tourist season. Lol.
