Wow! I love it! Especially the dark lip contrasting with the lightness of the rest of the flower. What conditions is this growing in?

Heated green house, 12c to 30c, growing in the same mix as my Paphs BUT I sit the pot on a tray filled with spent orchid mix and chopped sphag moss. The roots grow out the drain holes in the pot. Its also in a lot of shade and at the cooler end of the house. It grows along side the yellow Prom I posted earlier.
