Default Greetings from pacific northwest zone 8b!

Hello!
I'm mostly a succulent/cacti and carniverous plant girl, but there a few specific orchids I insist on raising.
Currently I have a Sharry Baby Sweet Fragrance that I've had for about 2 weeks and a peristeria elata I've had since...today!

I'm perusing the forums and google to see the differences for care between the two since my oncidium is doing quite well. This new one is a monster though! I think it's around 3 ft tall! O_O

Look forward to reading all I can as my orchid collection grows!
