Thanks for asking about resizing pictures. It makes life easier.

I believe that the Gallery automatically resizes the pictures you upload to it. It will show a row of thumbnails (that are 100 x 75 pixels each) and underneath them a pic for viewing (600 x 450 pixels). You have the option of clicking on the 600 x 450 picture to show the picture in the original size that it was uploaded as.
There is no size limit to your photo albums.
