Greetings from long beach
Default Greetings from long beach

Hello I'm Brandon. Currently in long beach .65 miles fr the beach. I mostly grow exotic fruit trees and anything strange hahaha. Have had orchids before but have only really had luck with an oncidium in the past.

While at work(trader joes) doing flowers. I noticed the smell of this oncidium and had to have it. It was not tagged but I've figured out its a sharry baby. Then another was going to be thrown away because of a broken flower spike so I took him home too. This one has dark red blooms bigger than sharry baby. So here we go with another plant addiction haha.

Just repotted them out of the soil like media they come with into gublers fine grade mix. From what I've read using this for oncs means I can water to my hearts content haha.
Having trouble figuring out embedding pics on here so I attached them.

They are outside on the deck which gets full sun till about 10:30 am then filtered light the rest off the day.
