Hi everyone! - Orchid Board

My name is Fred and I am from Cavite, Philippines. I have been growing orchids for many years but still believe that there are so many things that one can learn about these beautiful plants. I hope to learn from the other members, share some insights and lessons i have picked up along the way and meet new friends. I grow vandas, cattleyas, phalaenopsis, dendrobiums, oncidiums, paphiopedilums as well as other philippine orchid species.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I should really get my camera out and take some pictures. the Philippine Orchid Society Show will be on before the end of the month so there should be some good plants to photograph.

It has been quite a busy forthnight at the farm. This is the best time to do all the repotting and deflasking so we are quite loaded these days.

At this time, we have a lot of phal. stuartiana,phal. schilleriana, dendrobium anosmum in bloom.

I will take some pictures and post them soon.
