these are some of the photos i have taken since 2005. i enclosed a screened in porch with some plastic that nasa uses. put in a heater and a humidifier and a fan. it's not perfect, but it's mine. i have responded to a few members. i told them my favorite phal is the minho princess. the third photo is the minho.

i hope i posted these right

All three photos are beautiful, and that phal is stunning! I will be adding it onto my wish list! What is the name of the orchid in the second picture? Thanks for sharing with us!

Hi Carol! Welcome to OB. I love your orchids, but that first one is really striking! What type of phal is it? The second is a laelia ? And I can see why you love the minho princess. I'd never seen that one before and I don't blame you for being in love with that one. Gorgeous! Thanks so much for sharing! kiki

it is a ctna "why not". it's not really hard to find. try orchid.com or al's orchids. if you don't find it, let me know. it's much prettier in real life

it's known as a 'jem'. there is a longer name of course. i have everything moved around because it is running between 17 and 34 degrees right now. once i put everything back together, i can get the whole name for you. it has a very shiny texture. it's just gorgeous. again, it is not hard to find. i started out with non-difficult orxhids and worked my way up some.

the second one is a ctna "why not". it is not really too hard to find and is easy to grow. you might try orchid.com or al's orchids.com. i really like these two because they ship quality orchids. al will even answer your email questions. they don't die the next day. if you would like, i can try to find one for you. they are easy to grow.
