Hello Everyone - Orchid Board

Hello, I live in Sunny Florida (ok well not today anyway) I am new to trying to grow Orchids and am already having problems so here I am.. I have no problems with outside plants I have my own Bottanical garden outside but not sure on this Phal. I will post the problem in another part of the forum when I find out where to post it.

Hi dls...how'd you weather the storm? Where are you located? I'm in Spring Hill

Flordia is a great place to grow orchids...we're gonna have to work on adding to your collection

I love the orchids just havent had good luck with any yet.
As far as the storm we barely got any rain in our part and it is mostly sunny and windy as heck now.

We here up north have heard nothing but good things from that storm you got. A thirst quencher was it?

Tin, the rain was surely needed and appreciated but I went to bed with a Tropical Storm Warning and Hurricane Watch going on and woke up this morning to my weather alarm radio telling me we were under a Tornado Watch as an extra treat!

Florida weather is intense!

Welcome to the board. Just called my dad in Lutz (NW of Tampa) and they got "dumped on" yesterday, but clear skies today. We got "dumped on" tonight here in Cadillac and expect rain for a few days. It's welcome to me as I won't need my lawn sprinklers.
