from California. I'm new to orchids, and have a question regarding my phal. A week ago I repotted my phal, after it finished blooming. The bark was no longer holding moisture, and there were some roots I cut off because they were brownish/grey and sick looking. I also moved it to my west facing kitchen window (no direct sun), over my sink. Well, a bottom leaf has turned completely yellow, and another leaf looks to have a black edge. The new leaf growth seems to have the same black edge, and some brownish spots. My husband keeps telling me to leave it alone, but I'm worried.

I see no new root growth, like on my other phal right now, which is sitting in the same window, but was not repotted.
Any advice?
