I joined the Orchid Board recently. I love species orchids especially the ones from the African Region. I grow most of my plants under lights. In the summer I move almost all of my plants outside until about October 1st.

My collection contains about 50 plants. The majority are miniature orchids. I have around 15 Aerangis species. The largest plants in my collection are; Angraecum sesquipedale and Angraecum magdalenae. My favorite plant is A.magdalenae. The blooms are great and the evening scent is wonderful.

Welcome and you'll fit right in here. Several of us specialize in Angraecoids and have lots of posts of pictures and questions. You'll find them under the Vandacious area of the forums sections. As an intro, here's my tank:

Hello

Welcome to the Orchid Board. It is a great place for help. You have my dream plant - Angraecum Sesquipedale. I am trying to get hold of one but it is not easy to get a flowering sized division in Oz. Lucky you.

Thanks Sue, I love mine. It blooms every year in early December or January.
