That’s a very pretty dendrobium hybrid referred to as a Den Phal type. There are too many hybrids that look similar to be able to give you a specific hybrid name so it is a NOID. Care for these is pretty simple- bright light, warm year round, no rest period, and water as soon as it gets dry (I water more frequently in hot weather). Nobile type Dens bloom from very short flower spikes all along the side of the cane, unlike this one that is blooming from the top. Also the flower shape is a bit different
