I can't tell. I suspect it is in the Cattleya alliance, and I wonder about Epidendrum or Leptotes.

Based on the plant itself, I would guess some sort of Macroclinium

Note: Pitter, it could be helpful if you would include some indication of how large the plant is as well as information regarding the environment in which it was found. Just saying "Columbia" is not as useful as you might think.

Next time I will make notes of the size. All of the plants were photographed at around 1450m and were found along road edge in cloud forest.
This plant was about 3cm across or less.

I agree that it is some sort of Macroclinium sp. The fan shaped leaf arrangement can be seen in the background in both photos.

It is probably an unidentified species. I couldn't find anything that matched this orchid on Jay's Internet Orchid Encyclopedia. The problem is the anther cap has this really long proboscis, (not sure about the actual terminology, but I'm referring to the long pointy part of the anther cap). None of the Macroclinium species listed in Jay's site has photographs that depict a species of Macroclinium with this feature.

If it has already been identified, then I have no idea where to reference that information.
