It looks like an Oncidium, but I have no idea which species.

Probably Cyrtochilum (Oncidium) diodon. Some are much darker or have very reflexed petals, but other pictures match this very well. There is some chance it is a closely related Cyrtochilum that I'm not finding pictures of, but that genus for sure.
