Bulbophyllum. Without flowers I doubt you can get a precise ID.

Thank you. I'll take pics again after she flowers.

I wonder if every Bulbophyllum species is in tiny form like this, or if the have bigger form?

There is a huge variety of Bulbophyllums, and many are very much larger in leaf size and pseudobulb size, as well as the spacing between the pseudobulbs. There are many that are smaller too. A very interesting group of orchids.
