This one i bought in a fair but the seller had no idea about ID.

Neither do i of course.

I don't know what it is, but it looks like something in the Oncidium/Odontoglossum group. This is a good resource for looking up orchid flower photos, but it is much easier to use if you know the name of what you are looking for:

Internet Orchid Species Photo Encyclopedia

Maybe to to Odontoglossum and leaf through the species, then Oncidium. Somebody here might know what it is but you will learn a lot in the process.

I went to IOSPE and poked around a little. Look up genus Rhynchostele, a genus from Mexico that has been known as Odontoglossum, Oncidium and Lemboglossum, among others. Some species are native very close to you.

It's a Lemboglossum, I'm just not sure what species or hybrid. I'll take a quick peek and see if I come up with anything.

Wow, that was quick and i think spot on!!

I just checked Rhynchostele maculatum pictures and the one that says "Plant and Flowers In Situ Central Mexico" looks veeeery much like this one !!!!!
