You're right; not all Scaphyglottis sprout only at the apex of previous growths, but I believe they all have cylindrical or fusiform pseudobulbs whereas the growths on your plant look to be laterally compressed. Something in the Maxillariae tribe, perhaps?

there is a little update...I thought the plant it was uniflora, but looking at the last one he can re-blooms sequentially for a second time by the same axilla

Kind of looks like a Maxillaria. Like M.Variablis. The throat is not red. Maybe an alba?
