Default Unknown type of dendrobium
Could this be a kingianum? I had one for years, but didn't remember getting it to flower...and found this old photo (2008) marked as taken at my house. I don't have a foliar picture just the flowers.
This was during a previous orchid addiction phase...and I don't remember everything I had.

Could be bigibbum, or bigibbum hybrid.

Sonya, you are correct. Once I heard the name, I remembered it got sent as a bonus, and I promptly killed it (along with almost everything else at the time due to work/stress/overload).
