I purchased this orchid from a local greenhouse without an ID. It recently threw a spike and I was hoping I was not too far off with my guess of B. mirum. I'll update once the spike opens, but regardless I was hoping someone has an idea of what it could be in the meantime.

Well if you haven't a tag the only sure thing is that it's a Bulbophyllum and that is very cute with those rounded little bulbs with no signs of wrinkles!
You can give him a name that of course is not a true registered clone but can be useful for you, to remind you of which plant you're talking about.
Use the double quotes as single ones would be used for a registered clone/cultivar.
I'd propose Bulbophyllum sp. "Cute maybe fostii"
