Bulbophyllum - who am I?
Default Bulbophyllum - who am I?

I purchased this orchid from a local greenhouse without an ID. It recently threw a spike and I was hoping I was not too far off with my guess of B. mirum. I'll update once the spike opens, but regardless I was hoping someone has an idea of what it could be in the meantime.

First picture is just foliage, the second is the spike.

The spike opened and is looking like this now. Anyone with any ideas? I was thinking B. frostii, but I am not sure.

Without a tag, one can never be absolutely certain, but it looks like a Bulbophyllum frostii to me as well.

Well if you haven't a tag the only sure thing is that it's a Bulbophyllum and that is very cute with those rounded little bulbs with no signs of wrinkles!
You can give him a name that of course is not a true registered clone but can be useful for you, to remind you of which plant you're talking about.
Use the double quotes as single ones would be used for a registered clone/cultivar.
I'd propose Bulbophyllum sp. "Cute maybe fostii"
