Your all so wonderful thank you all so much for your help!

I received this Oncidium as far as the wrapping said, and I was wondering 2 things:

Any ideas on its mom and dad? Is this another Odonto?
What this black stuff is on it? I have had it about a week and that black part is getting worse on the foliage near the bulb. I have been giving it bright light in the morning and then low light the rest of the day (it actually sits right next to my Miltoniopsis in my western window) after its had its 3 to 4 hours of sun. It didnt even really give too many details on care for it, it was kind of a straggler. Its so beautiful i want to see it again and again! It has 2 spikes one blooming and one waiting.

Could be Beallara or Degarmoara, both complex Onc alliance intergenerics taking general Oncidium care. The dark areas on the pbulbs might be from higher light, I have some similar looking areas on some of my Onc alliance - if they aren't soft, mushy, I don't think it's a worry. The small dark spots on the foliage could be mechanical damage, they don't look concerning.

This one looks similar. It's Odontonia Boussole Blanche:
