this beauty is almost 3 feet tall and seems to be in very good condition....i just brought it home and have no idea what it is...any help??

I'm quite sure that what you have there is:

Aliceara [Alcra.] Tahoma Glacier which is (Bratonia Cartagena x Oncidium Alaskan Sunset)

Treat it like you would any other Oncidium Alliance plant, intermediate temperatures, medium dappled light, let dry slightly between waterings, fertilize weakly weekly.
