Sadly no one will be able to give you an answer, sorry. There are too many hybrids out there that look so similar that you'd never be able to pinpoint which it is. Very nice Phal, I like the forked tongue on the lip!

I had a feeling that might be the case, it was a "Just Add Ice" Orchid from Sam's Club a year ago, you don't even have to ask if it ever saw "ice" in my house! lol.

Sometimes if a Phal is really unique it might be possible to find the name, but that doesn't happen too often. When I buy noids I try googling the name of the grower on the tag (if it has one) and sometimes get very lucky if they have an online catalogue.

Onc intergenerics on the other hand can usually be named quite accurately, as each tends to be quite unique.

Don't bother trying this with the "Just-Add-Ice" company. If you want a laugh, check out the 'forum' on their website and see the answers to the people who want an ID on their plants.
They had a big display at the Tropical Plant Industry Expo in Ft. Lauderdale a couple of weeks ago. They had one their computerized Phal sorting machines set up which processes hundreds of plants per minute utilizing 27 different photos of each plant to sort onto groups of (amazingly similar) matched plants. So weird to see Phals as a factory assembly line product.
