not sure I understand...

what if I were to cross 2 hybrids that have been crossed before but produce a "novel" F1 orchid-
- would the F1 generation be a clone if I were to name it or only if I asexually propagated it ?
- would this F1 generation be a different form or variety ?

If I was able to stabilise the F1 generation in the "novel" orchid in F2
- would this be a cultivar ?
- would I be able to name it after myself "in single quotes, or otherwise" only in F2, or once characteristics stabilised ?
