Looks like Den trigonopus.
It's a nigrohirsute den, formosum type, that has fine dark fuzz on the canes. It should be semi-deciduous and drop many of its leave during the cold season. Spring is the blooming season. Flowers should be very waxy & have a slight fragrance.
Another possibility is Den Lemon Ice (trigonopus x cruentum ... cruentum lip color does NOT come through). Since your plant is so vigorous with so many leaves (and blooming) it may be this hybrid
But based on the pointed lip and the upturned side lobes (the flaps on the side of the "nose"), it looks more like the straight species.
