Tehre are almost certainly two different species growing together here.

Na don't think so and I'd also stick with Maxilaria as there are multiple flowers are comming from the base of the bulb.

There is no Maxillaria that I know of that has both white and dark flowers.

The dark flowers are the light flowers that are wilted.

Here are close ups of the two "black" flowers. They both were in this same condition at the time when all the "white" flowers were still unopened buds. Could they just be flowers that never developed?

It does look from the pictures like these are flowers that never opened but blasted.
