Can anyone identify this orchid?

Hello All!
A long long time ago, in an apartment far far away, I grew this miniature on my windowsill. I have since lost all information but not the memory of the amazing flowers and would love to try and find it again. Ive attached the picture as a jpg file but i'm not too up on forums and such; if it doesn't work I will try again but, if you're inclined to help me, there's a b&W picture on my website here:
